We are a private group transportation company working in Santa Monica with our own vehicles and chauffeurs. With coastal hotels, offices near the beach and an airport twenty minutes away, the work here is short repeat runs where parking is tight.
We send an SUV, a Sprinter Van, a minibus or a motorcoach for airport transfers, Venice weddings, Ocean Park shuttles and coastal or wine-country days. We pick up in Santa Monica, Ocean Park, Venice and Brentwood.

The fleet

The 6-passenger Luxury SUV is our default for executive travel and airport runs from the coast. Its spacious luggage area fits a party of four with their check-in bags.
The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van carries a wedding party or a small group in one cabin, and it is the largest class we will put on a narrow Westside street.
The 27-passenger Minibus runs guest shuttles and carries event groups between a hotel block and a single venue. It has a luggage compartment for airport legs.
The 56-passenger Motor Coach takes a full guest list or a large group in one vehicle. It has an onboard restroom and underbelly luggage room for runs up the coast.
We run three more classes. The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle Van has the same cabin and luggage compartment as the Executive Van. The 31-passenger Minibus has four more seats than the 27. The 40-passenger Motor Coach has the onboard restroom and the 452 Cu. Ft. underbelly luggage room on a shorter body than the 56, which helps on a coast run. Send the party size, the luggage and the addresses. Near the beach the standing rules decide the class, and sometimes two smaller vehicles work better than one large one.

We run groups from hotels in Downtown Santa Monica, in Ocean Park and on Montana Avenue to beachfront venues and Venice. Most of these runs are short, so the vehicle stays with you for the evening after the first drop.
Los Angeles International is close enough to be the default. Hollywood Burbank and Long Beach Airport are the alternatives when a schedule or traffic makes one of them the better choice. Send us the flight number and we set the pickup by the scheduled arrival.
We book private-aviation arrivals on the same terms as a commercial flight. Send the tail number, the FBO and the estimated arrival time, and we time the pickup to that arrival.
We pick up for weddings and events across Downtown Santa Monica, Ocean Park, Montana Avenue and Venice. Streets near the beach have strict standing and loading rules, so for a larger vehicle we agree the pickup point with you before the date.
Our corporate work here is executive car service between coastal offices, a vehicle held through a day of meetings, and airport runs for visiting teams. We quote recurring shuttles as one program on a fixed route.
Weddings here run between a Santa Monica hotel and a venue on the beach, at a hotel or in Venice. A 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter carries the wedding party and a larger vehicle brings the guests from one hotel. The late return is part of the same booking.
Day trips run from Santa Monica up the coast to Malibu and on to Santa Barbara wine country. We book them as-directed, so the vehicle is yours for the day and you can change the stops without changing the quote.
Team travel, school and youth group trips, and faith and community charters use the 27-passenger Minibus and the 56-passenger Motor Coach. Send us the roster count and the luggage list, and we will pick the right size.
We also offer non-emergency appointment transportation, where the vehicle waits through the appointment. Hourly and as-directed charters cover a day that has no fixed end time.
